101 Tables for Life: alongside the Jules Bordet Association
On September 23, 2026, Floriane Bonnier participated in the 2026 edition of the 101 Tables for Life, the major solidarity event of the Jules Bordet Association for the benefit of cancer research.
On Wednesday, September 23, 2026, the 2026 edition of 101 Tables for Life made its grand return for the benefit of the Jules Bordet Association. Floriane Bonnier took part in this solidarity event, alongside restaurateurs, artists, and volunteers mobilized for cancer research.
Carried for more than twenty years by the Jules Bordet Association, the operation brings together the country's greatest restaurateurs to support the financing of cancer research. This 2026 edition was sponsored by the Feu! Chatterton group and placed under the sign of Science and Arts.
As part of the operation, renowned chefs — Yves Mattagne, Ghislaine Arabian, Giovanni Bruno, and David Martin — traded their usual kitchens for those of the Bordet Institute to prepare and offer a gourmet meal to cancer patients, supported by volunteers, doctors, and nursing staff.
